Guidance for requests for access to records held by Eezyverify (Pty) Ltd in relation to Complaintshub.
Requesting a record
A request must identify the record, the requester's contact details, the right being exercised and the preferred form of access. Proof of authority may be required for requests made for another person.
Protected records
Access may be refused where disclosure would unlawfully expose personal information, confidential commercial information, security controls or legally privileged material.
How to submit
Use the verified contact workflow so the request, identity checks, decision and response remain auditable.
